There are three ways to enter the event. Visit our website www.obrablancaexpo.com:

  1. Online Payment: Register (personal and non-transferable) and pay on our website. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive your digital badge. Present it at the counter if you want a printed badge, or go directly to the entrance to access the expo. This option offers time and cost benefits.
  2. Pre-registration: If you prefer to pay upon arrival at the event, you can pre-register. At the end of the registration, indicate that you will pay at the event, and you will receive a registration key by email. Present your Registration Key at the payment modules to pay at the pre-registration rate. You will receive your access badge at the module.

On-site Purchase: Visitors who have not pre-registered by the event day can register at the modules located in the main hall during the event days and make the corresponding payment. You will receive your access badge upon completion.

We do not offer discounts, except for those announced on our website or social media channels for the event.

The event is for individuals aged 18 and over. We recommend not bringing minors to ensure you have the time to conduct or finalize business with the exhibitors, as this is a professional exhibition.

  1. Email address where the digital invoice will be sent.
  2. Proof of purchase.

2 to 5 business days.

You must request your invoice within the month in which the purchase was made.

They need to complete their pre-registration and payment to obtain their access badge, just as you did. Two people cannot be registered with the same email address.

To attend the conferences, you have three options:

  1. Go to the registration section, complete your details, select the events you want to attend in the online store, proceed to the payment platform, and you will receive your digital badge granting access to the Expo and the event or conference you purchased. Note that if you buy a ticket to an international conference, entry to the Expo is free.
  2. Pre-register and visit the conference module to make the payment, but you will be subject to the availability of spots on that day.

Yes, the cloakroom service is available in the lobby, before entering the exhibition hall.

The cloakroom service hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The cost is $50 MXN per day, flat rate.

You can retrieve it the next day when the exhibition hall doors open, as all forgotten items are kept secure in the area.

It is important to keep the ticket, or if lost, provide a detailed description of the item or garment.

The Organizing Committee is not responsible for the items.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone OBRA BLANCA, or any part of it, due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the Committee, including but not limited to war, public emergency, pandemic, health emergency, disaster, strike, labor unrest, fire, interruption of transportation services, earthquake, lightning, explosion, tremor, volcanic eruption, hail, cyclone, hurricane, stormy winds, flooding, or any other disturbances or government restrictions that prevent the OBRA BLANCA exhibition.
