Its purpose is to explain how your personal data is processed, how we protect it, the options you have to limit its use, and the procedure for exercising your rights, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares).

We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

5.- DATA RETENTION PERIOD
We will retain your personal data only for a period of five years from the date of your pre-registration or from the termination of the legal relationship, or for the period required by applicable tax or contractual provisions. Once this period has elapsed, the data will be blocked, canceled, and deleted from our records.

7.- INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER AND STORAGE
We inform you that your personal data is stored on servers with high information security standards located in international technological infrastructures (currently located in San Francisco, California, USA), managed by DigitalOcean, LLC. These servers have international certifications (ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2) and protection mechanisms equivalent to those required by Mexican legislation, ensuring at all times the confidentiality and integrity of your information.
The Obra Blanca exhibition organizing company has entered into the necessary contracts and confidentiality agreements with said provider to ensure the protection, integrity, and availability of the transferred personal data.
In accordance with Articles 36 and 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and Articles 68 to 74 of its Regulations, you hereby grant your express consent for your personal data to be processed outside Mexican territory under the conditions described herein, exclusively for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice.
The third-party recipient of the personal data assumes in writing the same confidentiality and security obligations established in this Privacy Notice.
