His architectural training at Tecnológico de Monterrey has stood out not only for his over 30 years of experience in residential projects, vertical developments, industrial, hospitality, and commercial sectors, but also for being an innovative, visionary, and creative entrepreneur.
His admiration for human development has led him to consider that the essence of Axioma Proyectos lies in all the collaborators involved. With a philosophy based on values such as honesty and transparency, Antonio has developed a business vision that is 100% customer-focused, offering the opportunity to build long-term relationships.
He was awarded the title of Doctor Honoris Causa by the Ibero-American Council in Honor of Educational Quality. He has conducted workshops throughout Mexico, Central America, and Africa. Understanding both the business and its clients, he has developed and promoted various mechanisms, such as a Certification and Project Management Platform, eight technological platforms that serve projects simultaneously, and Eticaxioma, an anti-corruption ethical system. All services are always based on flexibility, innovation, and the constant evolution of the industry.

An architect with studies at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and an entrepreneur with extensive experience in the design and development of high-profile projects: residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and corporate. She covers all phases of the design process across a wide range of scales and complexities, possessing a strong ability to combine skill and perseverance.
All this experience has been the foundation for establishing the firm Toro & Thill, where they are fully dedicated to the furnishing and equipping (FF&E) of real estate developments. Together with her team, they have designed an effective strategy for competitive and express furnishing services, aimed at supporting real estate developers in their projects.
Helena is also an ambassador for Líderes Para la Arquitectura, a company dedicated to empowering architecture professionals. Here, she serves as a consultant in leadership and business mindset for entrepreneurial architects.

Director of Commercial Strategy and Marketing Responsible for strengthening the company’s leadership by designing and implementing commercial strategies to achieve the business objectives set by the organization, reporting directly to the company’s General Management.
Paola has over twenty years of experience in the construction and real estate industries. She joined GAYA in 2018 as Commercial Manager, where her results, commitment, and B2B perspective were the key drivers for her internal promotion.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana, complementing her academic development with a Specialization in Marketing and a Master’s in Sales from Sandler Training Institute. Additionally, she holds a certification in Strategic Selling from the Miller Heiman Group.
