Ramiro Guerrero—architect and graphic designer—has turned Instagram and TikTok into a showcase for his sculptural and artisanal approach to design, attracting projects across Mexico and earning recognition in international outlets such as National Geographic.

Ramiro Guerrero is an architect and graphic designer with a background in music and visual arts.
A graduate of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes, he has more than 16 years of experience in design and construction. He is co-founder of Grupo Guerrero Constructores, INO Interiorismo Corporativo, and since 2018, managing partner and founder of Natural Arquitectura.
He has led over 100 projects in housing, vertical developments, and industrial facilities across Mexico as well as in countries such as France, the Dominican Republic, and the United States. His design approach is both sculptural and artisanal, marked by a distinctive use of color.
With a large following on Instagram and TikTok, he has gained visibility that has opened doors to projects throughout Mexico and earned international recognition, including covers in National Geographic and features in Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain.
José Antonio Mora Neave, better known as “El Pepe Mora,” is an engineer, lighting designer, photographer, entrepreneur, and author.
As Commercial Director of Grupolite, he has excelled in sales, public relations, branding, and lighting design. He is also the founder of The Raws, an architecture-focused studio, and This is Raw, dedicated to portrait photography with an authentic style.
Since 2010, he has taught courses and workshops at universities such as CEDIM, Tecnológico de Monterrey, and UANL, sharing his expertise with new generations. He also created El No Emprendedor, a consulting and training platform for entrepreneurs, from which his book Si a pendejo te dedicas, nomás no le aflojes (“If You’re Going to Be a Fool, Don’t Quit”) was born—an unconventional blend of humor, practical advice, and business lessons.
With a strong digital presence across multiple platforms, he has successfully leveraged social media to connect with audiences, build communities, and amplify his projects. His experience makes him a reference point for those seeking to harness the digital landscape as a driver of business growth.
