THE TREND IS TO STIR UP EMOTIONS

Beyond colors, materials, and finishes, what truly matters is the emotional experience a space evokes. Under the theme “From Material to Emotion,” and in partnership with La Jabonera Design Center, the new Creative Team translated the trends from the 2027 CMF Forecast for White Construction into evocative concepts that invite us to imagine more human-centered spaces.

The new Creative Team, composed of 12 architecture and interior design firms from Guanajuato, Querétaro, and San Luis Potosí, reviews the trends from the CMF Forecast Obra Blanca 2027.
